“It's not easy to be a hero. You do it because of what you believe, not because of what other people deserve.”

WHO IS WILL BRISTOL?

Deep in the swamps of Orlando, I studied fine arts with a focus in graphic design at the University of Central Florida. While in school, I not only learned the ins and outs of balancing fun and work, but I also interned at a print shop, newspaper, and design studio to get my chops in all things print and design! Upon leaving Orlando, I maintained consistent freelance work, including personal brands, illustration, web branding/collateral, and corporate assets.

If art is my first love, music would be tied for first with it! Flash forward to the windy city, which had me working in the music business for many years in marketing, brand identity, sales, warehouse management, promotion, and design. During this time, I have also kept busy with personal work and contract jobs mainly focused on design but also fine art and commercial illustration. Creatively, I always strive to express a direct message with visual cues that communicate a succinct and successful message in style. Refining is genuinely where I find the core of my design aesthetic, making something clear that illustrates a concept profoundly.

In any medium, I find that the simplest messages are the strongest. Sometimes making something influential or profound just involves hammering out all the dents and buffing the scratches to arrive at the core of what you are trying to communicate.
